Department of Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics
Welcome to the department of Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics.
The department conducts research in complex analysis in several complex variables, didactics of mathematics, discrete mathematics, mathematical statistics, and partial differential equations. We are involved in teaching mathematics and mathematical statistics to a wide range of students from college level to PhD students. Teacher students, engineers, and students of natural sciences are the main categories.
